• Details you put in the quote form, such as your name, the material you want, quantity and delivery location.
• Details you share when you message us on WhatsApp or email us, including your phone number or email address.
• Business details we need to issue a GST invoice, such as a GST number and billing address, when you place an order.

The quote form builds a WhatsApp message on your device. We do not receive it until you press send in WhatsApp.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To process orders, arrange delivery and issue invoices.
• To meet tax, accounting and other legal requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to complete your order, such as with transporters, or where the law requires us to.

Retention and security

We keep order and invoice records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. We take reasonable steps to protect the information you give us, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
