By using this website or placing an order with Khumusi & Sons Private Limited ("we", "us"), you agree to these terms.

Use of this website

The website gives general information about the building materials we supply. It is not an offer to sell. Product descriptions are indicative, and brands and grades on offer can change.

Availability and prices

• Prices are not listed on this site. We give a written or WhatsApp quotation on request.
• Prices and stock change often. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it, or on the day it is given if none is stated.
• An order is confirmed only when we accept it, and we may decline an order if stock is not available.

Orders, payment and GST

Payment terms are agreed at the time of order. A GST invoice is issued for each order. Please give us correct billing details, including your GST number if you are a registered business.

Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. Delays caused by transport, weather or the supplier are outside our control. Please check quantity and condition at the time of delivery and tell us about any shortfall or damage straight away.

Returns and warranty

Materials are supplied under the manufacturer's own terms. Any warranty or quality claim is handled according to those terms. Cut, opened or used materials may not be returnable. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem with your order.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for the materials concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including delays on a construction site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order apply to that order.
